This is it, the final night of Premier League Darts action for 2012, live from the O2 in London. Simon Whitlock starts the night off against Andy Hamilton, before James Wade takes on Phil Taylor. We then get Michael van Gerwen taking on James Hubbard in the Under-21 World Championship Final, before the final two in the 2012 Premier League take to the stage to decide this year's winner. Phil Taylor is 2/5 to take this out, and it's easy to see why after the season he's had. Simon Whitlock is second favourite at 11/2, Wade is at 15/2 and Andy Hamilton is the rank outsider at a best price of 18/1.
